Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following day.

DollCrush Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left the HOL facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. dollcrushbeauty.com is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. dollcrushbeauty.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 7 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
